Bryan Waltimyer
Manual Physical Therapy Assistant &
Functional Personal Trainer
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
His Story
Bryan grew up in Pennsylvania with a lifelong curiosity about how the body moves. As a college athlete, he experienced firsthand how frequent injuries can hold you back and discovered that simply playing without proper training is limiting. That turning point sparked his lifelong curiosity about body mechanics and his passion for helping others engage in the activities they love with freedom, ease, and resilience.
After earning his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Pennsylvania College in 2009, Bryan spent more than 14 years in orthopedic practice while developing advanced skills in manual therapy and functional strength training. Drawing on mentorship in both CFMT (Certified Functional Manual Therapy®) and ballet/dance rehabilitation, he takes a whole-body approach to injury prevention, pain management, and performance. Through movement analysis, hands-on techniques, and guided feedback, Bryan helps clients build strength, stability, and awareness so they can return to the activities they love.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Bryan is also a ski instructor and backcountry skier in the winter and spends summers paddleboarding, boating, and hiking. As well, he is a competitive racquetball player, slalom skier, and baseball player. Staying active and being outdoors keeps Bryan grounded and reminds him why movement matters. His greatest joy is helping others experience that same freedom—so they can stay strong, active, and connected to the things they love most.
