Her Story

Annie Hopkins, PT, RYT is a pelvic health physical therapist and yoga instructor dedicated to supporting pregnant and postpartum people through holistic, empowering care.

In 2018, Annie devoted her career to pelvic health with a specialty in pregnancy and postpartum wellness, further deepening her expertise through the Institute for Birth Healing and her training as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula. Her approach centers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while guiding each individual toward alignment, confidence, and their own path to healing.

Practicing yoga since 2003 and certified since 2010, she combines movement, mindfulness, hands-on techniques, and perinatal-specific exercises to help individuals feel at home in their changing bodies.

Annie is also the host of The Postpartum Revolution podcast, where she amplifies voices working to improve postpartum care in America. Outside of her work, she enjoys time with her family in the New Hampshire Seacoast—hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, gardening, and exploring local coffee shops with her toddler.
