Her Story

Kaitlyn holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health with a concentration in Human Clinical Nutrition. In addition to her Master's Degree she has a Graduate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching. Kaitlyn also completed additional education in interpreting lab work. Kaitlyn completed clinical hours in family medicine, as well as wellness centers. Kaitlyn emphasizes working with clients to achieve sustainable behavior change in addition to clinical intervention to support optimal health. Kaitlyn is a dietary supplement specialist and does in-office supplement consultations for practitioner only supplement lines and professional lines. Kaitlyn can support you with: Foundational Health Gut Health, IBS Chronic Health Conditions Preconception, Prenatal Health, Environmental Health, Mold Illness, and Autoimmune conditions. Kaitlyn's approach to wellness is gentle, strengths based, and focused on making sure your nutrition plan is attainable and sustainable. Sessions are relaxed and client driven.
