Having difficulty ramping up milage?
Having a hard time overcoming a nagging injury or a chronic issue?
Wanting to develop a new or better running specific strength and conditioning routine?
Looking to become a stronger, more balanced runner?
...If any of these apply to you, our new 10-week program may be for you!
What it involves....
(1) hour long initial evaluation at Roots, which includes:
A video enhanced treadmill gait assessment
A full body postural, movement, and neuromuscular control assessment
(8) individualized running specific strength and conditioning classes at Gain
(4) hour long manual therapy treatments at Roots
(1) video gait assessment at the conclusion
10/3/22- 10/14/22- all initial evaluations performed at Roots
10/15/22- 12/3/22- weekly Saturday morning classes at Gain
10/17/22- 12/2/22- all Manual Therapy sessions performed at Roots (weekdays only)
